Paid almost $40 for Deluxe plus wash including tax. Car was out in less than 2 min, not sure they did all the services that were listed. The exterior of the car after the wash and wipe down has many dust spots that I could see but the staff that doing the wipe seemed not to notice. I could feel the dust/ dirt as I scrubbed my hand on several places. Also the door and boot was not wiped cleanly and the staff seem to be doing a dis interested job that was finished in 20 seconds. Overall very poor experience and will not return. A long term chatham resident who was regular at this place with previous owners

I’ve been a loyal customer of Madison Car Wash because they were consistently meticulous. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership to Team Car Wash, the quality has dropped dramatically. I paid for the top-tier interior and exterior wash, but my Tesla was still dirty when it was returned to me. There was dirt left in the door jambs, spills inside the car hadn’t been cleaned, and the interior windows were left streaked and smeared. I was also disappointed by the staff’s unfamiliarity with Teslas. I had intentionally left my key card inside the car for them, but the employee didn’t seem to know how to access or operate the vehicle. I ended up having to walk over and open the car myself, and I watched the door handles being operated incorrectly as well. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a premium wash to result in a clean car and staff who know how to handle common vehicles like a Tesla. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering how excellent Madison Car Wash used to be. I hope the new owners invest in better training and restore the level of service that made this place worth recommending. I called the business to discuss my experience. No one

I recently moved to the area and this car wash is so disappointing. The first time I went it was busy and I noticed both front doors were not wiped at all, I took it back when it was dead for a second time asked for their premium wash. Both front doors and dash were not wiped at all. There were atleast 5 people standing around my car joking around having a great time chatting. I had to ask one to wipe the passenger door. Did a bad job and then ask I drop away saw the dash was still not cleaned at all. I’ve spent over $100 here and I will never be coming back.

Yuri at the Front Desk does a great job! She is very customer-focused, extremely polite and always very pleasant. I’ve visited multiple Team Car Wash locations and Yuri is the best! We’re so happy visiting the Madison location and plan to make this location our home. Please pass along our gratitude to Yuri for a job well done! Keep it up

New ownership higher prices, worse service. Used to get my car washed here regularly first time back today there’s new ownership with a price hike Paid for a deluxe car wash seats aren’t vacuumed and they didn’t even wipe out the doors or trays of the car
